Tim Lewis (Paralegal)
Tim Lewis is a former police officer with 25 years of court experience , over 18 years have been defending clients in the courts of Grey,Bruce,Dufferin and Huron Counties. As a police officer Tim was trained in the use of various types of radar and accident investigations.Tim was also qualified as a breathalyzer technician.

Peter was employed by the Ontario Provincial Police from 1969 until his retirement in 1999 , during his career some of the training he complete is as follows:Motor Cycle course,Advanced Training Course,Traffic Accident investigation,Instructional Techniques Course,Firearms Instructor Course,Advanced Accident Investigation,Search and Rescue Managing the Search,Emergency Response Team.
Peter received the Police Exemplatory Service Medal in recognition of 20 years service. Peter is very capable and willing to put his years of expertise to work for our clients in court.
Brian Starkman (Lawyer)
Brian E. Starkman is a criminal lawyer who has experience as both a traffic prosecutor and a criminal Crown Attorney. For the past 17 years, he has been practicing defense criminal law specializing in criminal driving offences. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including Provincial Offences Court, Provincial Court Criminal Division, Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has been a guest lecturer at the Judges' conferences, Prosecutors' seminars, and assorted other legal symposiums. Throughout his career as a defense lawyer, he has been attending the regions of Grey Bruce, Dufferin County, Huron County, Grey County and Perth County on a regular basis. He has represented scores of persons in these regions who were charged with criminal driving offences (including impaired driving, over 80, dangerous driving and others) and has enjoyed an outstanding success rate.
