John Thomas McNall began his career in law enforcement as a Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police in 1975 and retired as the Provincial Speed Management Coordinator, Traffic Sergeant in 2008.

During that time he has held a number of duty assignments including, lead course instructor and foremost expert on speed measuring devices in Ontario. As a result he lectured extensively throughout the Province to Municipal, Provincial & Federal law enforcement agencies.

John has been trained in Speed Measuring devices in the Netherlands, the United States & Canada and holds a number of certificates including automated speed & red light camera enforcement.

In 2006 John was selected to train police in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where traffic accidents are so prevalent they may soon surpass AIDS as the leading cause of death.

He is frequently consulted on all matters relating to speed enforcement and other highway traffic offences by both the police and prosecutorial communities, and is the past Chair the Provinces Speed Measuring Device Training advisory committee.

In 2009 he graduated with an Honours Diploma in Paralegal studies at CTS Canadian Career College and most recently became a member of the faculty.

John is dedicated to providing quality service and customer satisfaction.

Julie is a Licenced Paralegal. She is responsible for Small Claims & Landlord & Tenant Matters along with Summary Conviction Criminal charges. She has an extensive background in business and is a graduate of Niagara College, Brock University & CTS Canadian Career College.

Julie is a welcome and excellent addition to the Orillia HELP office and she looks forward to assisting you with your case.
