Paul Clarke began his career in law enforcement as a Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police in 1974. Paul specialized in traffic enforcement in relation to large trucks and truck safety, general traffic duties and accident investigation. He was trained as a Breathalyzer technician, requiring presentation of detailed evidence in relation to Criminal Code driving offences. In later years Paul trained new recruits in relation to proper investigative techniques and for the final 5 years of his police career Paul assisted the Crown attorney in relation to preparation of evidence for court and personally prosecuted in Provincial Offences Court, primarily Highway Traffic Act matters.

In February of 1988, Paul left the O.P.P. to begin his career as an independent paralegal providing Court representation in the Peterborough franchise of a major traffic ticket defence company where he has continued to provide representation to thousands of satisfied clients.

In February of 2007, Paul, in cooperation with a number of other highly experienced and well-respected agents began a new company, which continues to be committed to quality representation in Court.

Paul and his wife, Shirley have two grown children. Paul has been a long-standing member of Lions Clubs International, being a recipient of the "Melvin Jones Fellowship Award" and the "Quarter Century Award"
